How it Works

As an investor, depending on the burden that you may be going through, I would offer to purchase your home only if you are willing to sell it.  After doing a full walk-through of the home, I will make an offer. When negotiating an offer, everything from the cost of repairs to you walking away with enough funds to give you a fresh start will be calculated into my offer. Upon accepting my offer, I would then rehab the home and sell it for a profit. Although there is a profit at the end, Home Burdens aims to be a solution at the very beginning. Our success is measured not by how much we profit, but by how many individuals we help.
